I was highly recommended to visit Esnaf Hospital by a friend who has had treatment there before. I made an appointment with Emel to see a vascular specialist who was brilliant. He started by taking blood samples, an ECG and an ultrasound. From the results of the tests, he recommended that I have an angiography, which I had done. He also put me on some new medication. The cost of my treatment was also very competitive. I was so impressed with the level of service from all the staff there and the cleanliness of the hospital, that I now have regular checkups every 6 months there. I therefore highly recommend anyone to visit Esnaf Hospital.

I have just had Cataract surgery at the Esnaf Hospital and I want to express my thanks to Doctor Nazir E Demirci and her team for looking after me and helping me to get through the procedure. Doctor Demirci was kind and understanding. I also want to mention the translator Emre Can. He was so helpful and reassuring and made me feel relaxed and positive about the procedure. He checked with me that I was happy throughout the process. I think he is an excellent representative of how staff should present themselves within the Esnaf Hospital. I would recommend him to anyone who needs medical treatment or advise His communication skills are first-class. The Esnaf hospital is very clean and a comfortable place to be.

We have just returned from Fethiye where my husband had a nasty fall and was treated efficiently and quickly by the accident and emergency department. He had a nasty cut to his thumb and fractured cheekbone. He was pretty poorly and so he was admitted for tests including a CT scan. He had many tests and examinations before being released the next day. They nurses and doctors were very caring and professional, and we also had the services of a young English woman called Jess who was invaluable throughout for her translation skills. Thank you Esnaf!

After feeling so unwell for many years at 55 felt I could go on for much longer and went to my doctor so many in times after blood tests etc said there was nothing of concern. I had fatigue felt nausea dizzy and just rubbish the whole time. I was recommended to have full health in Turkey at the Esnafe! Well for £600 they checked every system in my body. Discovered I had gallstones. Checked my symptoms which could very easily be gallstones. I decided to have my gallbladder removed in the Esnafe in Turkey who got to the bottom of my problem. From start to finish I felt safe and totally looked after. It’s been 3 weeks feel like a new woman! Thank the Esnafe, big shout for Emel and her team. You have given me my life back. Now I have a clean bill of health peace of mind!

I had a serious accident whilst on holiday in Turkey. The scans and x-rays required to assess the damage were done quickly and two surgeons used that information to choose the best course of treatment for me. I had numerous fractures and a broken femur that needed operating on. I was given a comfortable private room, well equipped and modern, then I underwent surgery for the broken femur at the earliest opportunity. After the operation, I was bed-bound for a week before I was able to leave the hospital. During my whole stay all the staff, doctors, nurses, translators, cleaners and caterers were all excellent. They were unfailingly cheerful and helpful and I felt well cared for. Simply put, the whole team did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible and I'm enormously grateful to them all.

I underwent upper eyelid surgery. I initially made contact via WhatsApp after being recommended to the hospital by a former client. I had long conversations with Bora about the procedure, in English and arranged an appointment. On the day of the appointment, I met Batu who became my chaperone and interpreter. The hospital itself was modern and very clean. I met with Rita Inan Kocaarslan the surgeon and following the consultation I booked my operation. As I have many medical issues the Dr insisted on additional tests along with the usual blood, ECG and chest X-ray. Additionally, I had to see an internal medicine consultant, who went through my medical history and medication and after ordering additional blood tests gave the go-ahead. As a precaution, I was told that they would keep me in overnight just to keep an eye on me. On the day of the operation, I was again met by Batu and I was admitted and shown to my room which had TV, fridge comfortable sofa and en-suite bathroom. The operation all went very smoothly and afterwards I received excellent care from the nursing staff. Even though I couldn’t eat they provided food and drink for my daughter. For the additional tests and Dr consultation, I was charged £113.76 extra but was not charged for my overnight stay and care which I think this is very reasonable. On discharge, I was given multiple prescription items to help with my recovery. After discharge, I was given an appointment to see the surgeon to be followed up and given my fit to fly certificate. I didn’t have any problems and it all went to plan and I flew home. I had my stitches removed at my GP's and the nurse commented on the good job that the surgeon had done. My recovery is continuing and I have had contact with Bora via WhatsApp since I returned and he checks how I am progressing. I highly recommend this hospital/surgeon and the whole team and if I had any further procedures I would undoubtedly use them again.

Lokman Esnaf Hospital were fantastic when my husband hurt his back had to go to A&E last week. From start to finish they were amazing. Straight through to a bay and Doctor came within 10 mins, painkiller injection and mri and results within a few hours. We were supported by their English interpreter 'Stevi Jones' who explained everything to us and translated any conversations with the Doctors. We saw the Consultant Neurologist 'Dr Necati Hazar' the next day, hubby was examined and mri scan explained with the help of another translator Maria, who is also very helpful and kind. Dr Hazar recommended a treatment that could help if it didn't improve. Thankfully with the prescribed drugs and a week extended to our hols, hubby seems to be recovering well. Esnaf promised we'd have full results for our insurance by the next day translated into English and they were with us by the next day and a few days later the 'fit to fly"certificate was emailed through, again thanks to Stevi Jones. So a big thank you to everyone at the Esnaf Hospital for helping us. Amazing work.

From admission to discharge the journey has been a pleasure. Not without some discomfort but that was to be expected under the circumstances. The journey isn't quite finished but we'll underway but my old bones are the delay. The staff from beginning to end in every department have been fantastic. Too many names to mention but special thanks to Batuhan Kortan for his help from before admission and all the way through and beyond. Always available and perfect English thank you Batuhan Bey. My surgeon Mr (Dr) Tanzer Gurcu has been brilliant. He has kept me informed and visited many times to keep me informed. I feel him to be a friend as well as a doctor. Thank you Tanzer Bey. The medical and domestic / catering staff have been faultless and diligent. I cannot thank them enough. The food was mostly good too. There is a surprise at the end however NO EXTRA CHARGES. How refreshing. Thank you everyone and God bless you all.

I was recently admitted by ambulance to the Esnaf after having a suspected epilectic seizure. On arrival my wife and I were greeted by the interpretor Stevi, I can honestly say from admission to discharge this young woman went above and beyond her duties in assisting us through this stressful and worrying episode . Stevi kept us informed every step of the way throughout the experience with good humour great skill and a very professional attitude . We can not praise her highly enough , Thank you Stevi , the hospital should be made aware of what an asset you are.

My daughter had an unexpected accident on vacation. Since we live abroad, Mr. Tarkan was there for us from the beginning to answer our questions. He looked after us very well and took care of many of the necessary documents for us. The doctor looked after my daughter well and carried out all the necessary examinations. Thank you so much!

My daughter had a head injury at our hotel and as she had developed bruising under her eyes our hotel doctor advised we go to the hospital. We arrived and spoke to a very efficient male, I can't remember his name. He checked us in and advised we see the neurosurgeon. We quickly saw the doctor and she had a ct scan. All results were normal so he sorted out a fit to fly certificate and gave us all forms and receipts to claim on insurance. I was worried about going to a Turkish hospital and not knowing the language but the service was 5*. The interpreter guided us round and translated for the doctor and sorted out the prescription afterwards. Thank you so much, we were in and out in an hour and a half, amazing.

I had excellent care at the hospital during my holiday in Turkey, despite being diagnosed with Shingles. The staff were outstanding, especially Dr. Gizem in emergency. From entering this hospital to having the best care, fast and efficient I couldn't have asked for better service for my daughter who has been in with servere asthma, still felt like we was on holiday with the beautiful view of the sea and our own private room. Thank you Stevi and Emel also.

4 weeks ago I had a TKR operation using the new robotic arm technology. During my hospital stay of 9 days from pre op to post op I cannot fault the care I received. My orthopaedic surgeon Dr Tanzer Gürcü has been just amazing his support attention and encouragement has proved invaluable in my recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend him and his skills knowledge and attention to detail make him quite exceptional. The nurses were exceptional in their care and kindness to me and nothing was too much trouble for them day or night. I was always met with a smile and their professionalism cannot be questioned. The staff in the Foreign Department were always available when I needed them and checked in with me daily on many occasions. Their professional friendly service, kindness and support in many aspects of my pre op appointments and now post op appointments and during my stay they really helped get me through my post op stay and nothing was too much trouble for them. My special thanks must go to Emel, Maria, Berakant, Yasin and Emre. There is one more invaluable additional service that Esnaf provides for foreign inpatients and that is in the form of the Tourist GP who visited me daily to check in with me and to ask how I was and if there was anything I wanted her to pass onto my surgeon and her support and kindness especially her attention to detail was extremely welcomed. I would also like to mention the auxiliary nurses team who aided me in my recovery and were always supportive and encouraging and I would also like to mention the cleaning staff who tirelessly maintain an exceptional level of cleanliness. I will always feel so grateful to the people aforementioned and want to take this opportunity to thank them from the bottom of my heart in this personal review.

We got competent and quick medical care. There are very good translators available.

I would like to convey my heartfelt thanks to Dr Mustafa Eroğlu for revising my hip replacement which had been a total failure at another local hospital despite two attempts to rectify it. I was left disabled 3 months post op and in pain. Within days of Dr Mustafa carrying out the procedure I was able to walk without pain or any sign of disability. Dr Mustafa is the master in orthopedics. My husband had a knee replacement and a rotator cuff repair performed successfully by him and I made a huge mistake going elsewhere for my surgery. Luckily he has revised my hip replacement better than I could ever have hoped for. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude not just for his incredible expertise but his dedication to the wellbeing of his patients. Thank you also to Dr Eroğlu’s team and all the translators in the Foreigner’s Department, Stevi, Yasim and the little Scottish girl, Emel (?) to name just a few. Thank you so very much.

I was in Fethiye on holiday and needed some non-urgent medical care. I called to make an appointment on a Tuesday night and had the appointment the very next day. I dont speak Turkish, and didnt even know the hospital had translation services. From the minute I walked in, an English speaker walked me through every step and assisted me in everything I needed. It was so much more than just translation, it was true concierge service! the whole experience were fantastic!

Огромное спасибо больнице, наилучший уход, нас встретила прекрасная блондинка которая немного сгорела также как и мы на солнце не помню ее имя, но она нас положила в самую лучшую палату, одарила вниманием, любовью и заботой. Персонал очень внимательный, огромное спасибо медсестрам, за такую заботу и трепет. Вылечили от солнечных ожогов, прокапали и отпустили с трансфером. Bin dort nach einem Gleitschirmunfall chirurgisch behandelt worden. Frakturen am 1. Lendenwirbel sowie rechter Oberschenkelhals wurden operativ versorgt. Gute Versorgung mit Schmerzmedikation. Engmaschige Kontrollen von Vitalzeichen, des Allgemeinzustands und der Blutwerte. Die Empfehlung und Verabreichung einer Bluttransfusion war angemessen und fachlich die richtige Entscheidung. Die Ärzte in Deutschland haben mittels Bildgebung die operativen Eingriffe evaluiert und für einwandfrei befunden! Von mir eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Ich würde mich dort jederzeit wieder behandeln lassen!

Прохожу лечение второй месяц в этой клинике. После хирургии на головном мозге здесь возвращают мне парализованные нервы лица. Результат есть , отношение прекрасное , доктора все делают свою работу на 100%. Очень очень дружелюбная атмосфера . Лучшее оборудование которое я видела за этот год (а я видела очень много) физио процедур - однозначно здесь ! Вернусь в январе и продолжу лечение в этой клинике.

Брал программу check up за 665 долларов на конец сентября. Все сделали профессионально, пришел к 8 в больницу, в 13 уже вышел с папкой и результатами. Немного показалось, что все в спешке, без удаления внимания и лишней минуты, но у меня не было проблем со здоровьем, которые я хотел бы обсудить дополнительно с врачами, поэтому меня это устроило. С персоналом лучше связываться в вотсапп. Персонал помогал и водил по всем врачам, переводил разговор.

Ich habe morgens angerufen und sofort am selben Tag einen Termin bekommen. Ich war bei Doktor Bilal Celikbas wegen einer zyste in der Brust. Alles lief sehr schnell ab. Er hat sehr genau zugehört und dann mit der Behandlung angefangen die entzündete zyste wurde mit einer Kanüle entleert. Das ganze Personal in diesem Krankenhaus am Empfang und an der Bezahlungskasse und der Arzt der das Ultraschall gemacht haben waren sehr freundlich und haben alles immer erklärt. Vielen Dank für alles.

Меня встретили, без промедления оказали помощь: кресло- каталка, рентген, консультация хирурга по скайпу ( был поздний вечер, дежурил врач общей практики). Мне наложили гипс и предложили сделать операцию на следующий день. Меня разместили в новой современной палате, поставили подготовительную капельницу и на следующий день сделали операцию по международному протоколу лечения таких травм (внутренняя фиксация с использованием мини пластины). За время нахождения в клинике ( 2 суток) я получала качественную терапию, отличный сервис, всю необходимую диагностику.
